Dr. Nazarov is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner currently serving patients of all ages and diagnoses in the outpatient setting. She has worked as a registered nurse at Sheppard Pratt Hospital, beginning her psychiatric career on an adolescent mood disorder unit. She has also worked on an inpatient adult unit at Sheppard Pratt Hospital and was a faculty clinical instructor at the University of Maryland. Dr. Nazarov’s various work experiences and academic pursuits motivate her to provide carefully tailored, evidence-based, and holistic care to her patients and their support systems. As a nurse practitioner, wife, and mom, she believes individuals are “more than their diagnosis.” She works with her patients to create an evidence-based, collaborative, stigma-free working environment so that each of her patients feels safe and empowered to reach their mental health goals.
